Gift Membership

GIve the gift of a Wine Club Membership to someone you love. Fill out the Wine Club application form and choose the level club that you would like to give as a gift [Cellar 6 Mix or Cellar 12 Mix]. You will be asked for the recipient's email and physical address. Please note that Wine Club Memberships can not be cancelled before 2 shipments have been received.
