This year the Predator is all Syrah and full of intrigue. Aromatics of blackberry bramble, blueberry compote and beautiful floral notes of violet are layered over ocean spray and hints of asphalt after a light morning shower. On the palate, black currant, cinnamon stick, freshly ground nutmeg and allspice with subtle almond brittle and toffee. Finishes with an olive brine salinity. Pairs deliciously with Indian food. This beautiful Syrah will age 6-8 years.
