Aromas of black plum, blackberry and sage with subtle undertones of lilac, pine sap and wet earth. Elevated notes of wild lupin, bay leaf and green baking herbs with undertones of freshly sharpened No.2 pencil and candied black licorice. Soul Mate Red pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board night with your soulmate! Delicious now but will aged wonderfully for 4-6 years.
