2020 The Dance

The Dance is our flagship Cabernet; comprised of the best barrels in our cellar. Featuring our Barton Estate Vineyard as a nod to the legacy that began with Joe Sr. back in 1994. Dried cranberry, cedar and Hawaiian macadamia, followed by huckleberry, violets, mocha, sweet tar and crème de cassis on the palate; hints of Castelvetrano olive, red chili, cumin, paprika, and green notes of oregano, tomato leaf and purple basil. Dusty notes reminiscent of a beautiful leather-bound vintage book. Pair with a romantic dinner for two, fireside. Enjoy now with dry-aged ribeye or cellar for 10-15 years.
