A nod to traditional Rhône-style Syrah, Paradise City has beautiful depth. Black Ruby plum and black raspberry lead to forest floor pine needle and freshly turned garden soil. On the palate pluot, Morel mushroom, olive brine with a finish of fresh ground coffee. Floral aromas evocative of a gathered wild flower bouquet. Highly recommended to pair with a date night and filet mignon with a mushroom gravy. Will age exceptionally well over the next 4-6 years.
