Back in Black is back! Loaded with hints bright berries, sarsaparilla and coffee on the nose. The palate pops with hints of grated ginger root, cocoa powder and smoked plum. Loganberries and dried herbs compliment the structured yet inviting finish. Pair with lamb pops or mushroom bruschetta. Will cellar incredibly well for 6-8 years.
