2022 Predator

The Predator is full of intrigue with aromatics of all spice, pomegranate, and beautiful floral notes of lavender are layered over with hints of granite after a light morning shower. On the palate, acai berries, black plum with subtle espresso bean and sweet coco. Beautiful spice character reminiscent of cardamon and star anise. Finishes with a blueberry pie filling. Pairs deliciously with barbequed Baby Back ribs. This beautiful Syrah will age 3-6 years. // Pre-release wine for Club Member Fall Shipment. Will ship late October 2024.
