2023 Le Freak

Oliver's Vineyard, famed for its sandy, clay loam soils is situated in the coolness of the SLO Coast AVA. This terroir encourages clusters with vibrant acidity and exceptional aromatics leading to a Fume Blanc styled wine. Delicate notes of Meyer lemon, verbena and orange blossoms are found on the nose and palate. Touches of burnt creme brûlée and dried apricots dance in the mouth leading to a refreshing and structured finish.
